Aumiller's Inc. is a family-operated Illinois company founded in 1985. The work started where most of our customers still meet us: on the roof and at the fireplace, sweeping and inspecting chimneys for homeowners across McHenry and Lake County.

Growth came from the jobs themselves. Chimney and fireplace work put our crews on roofs every day, which led to roofing and exterior repair. Inspections kept turning up animals nesting in chimneys, attics, and soffits, which led to dedicated pest management and wildlife control. Property-restoration work followed the damage those problems leave behind.

Rather than stretch one brand across every trade and territory, we built specialized operating companies. Each has its own crews, its own market, and its own website, so the people who answer your call actually work in your area and know your kind of property.

How the family of companies is organized

Aumiller's Inc. is the parent company behind a family of specialized property-service companies. The parent organization holds ownership, standards, training, and insurance relationships. Day-to-day service, scheduling, and pricing stay with each operating company.

This site exists to explain those relationships and point you to the right company. It does not replace any operating company's website or contact information.

What has not changed

The company is still family operated, still based in Illinois, and still judged by the same thing it was in 1985: whether the work holds up and the customer would call us again.
